Rare Article: Cartridge or Simulator?

Hey, friends. Travis here. Last week I was talking about items. This week I'm not. That's because I have transitioned from writing "Item of the Week" to "Rare Article." Those of you who have been around the site for a while remember a time when Steve wrote an article of the same name that was a sort of variety article. "X of the week" style articles are great, and are arguably the best part of this site, but sometimes you want to see something that pulls a Rampardos and breaks the mold (Lulz C wut I did thar?).

MOTW: Baton Pass

This is a move that I’ve been wanting to do for Move of the Week for quite some time now but almost seemed to daunting to take on. I stumbled upon a great article written by Smogon University about it however and read through it about 3 or 4 times. I’m going to try and take their book of a guide on Baton Passing, and shorten it to a bite sized article here for you guys all to read. Without further to do... Baton Pass...

Preparing Leftovers

Leftovers now has a twitter account. Follow us here: @iuseleftovers

Members can also now access the Leftovers page. Since it is for more "mature" users due to content, in order to see the page, users must make an account with us! Once an account is made, your name will be on a hold for 3-5 Days. This is so SBJ can verify that you have logged into the site and prevent against spam accounts and/or fake accounts. Logging in will cause a Leftover button to appear on the right column under the orange navigation buttons.

We will let you guys know as soon as the RSS feed is ready and appears in iTunes and the Zune Marketplace.

Now something a little different. As some of you guys know...

PotW: Darmanitan

Do you love both Physical and Special attackers and wish you could have both in one?

Do you really like primates, but Primeape just doesn't do it for you?

Do you find that every Pokemon you train just seems to be lacking in the eyebrow department?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this article will be quite to your liking.

A Note from David

Hey guys, David here, and I have some bad news. For the past few days, lots of storms and tornados have been hitting the Missouri and Arkansas area, where I live. Because of this, I've had to spend much of my free time in the basement, without my computer, to stay safe from the storms. Joplin, Missouri has been hit especially hard by a big tornado, with over 100 confirmed dead already from the storm that occured yesterday. (You can check out my friend Sid's article that made the front page of Reddit yesterday here: LINK)

Because of this, the new Pokemon of the Week will probably not be posted by the end of the day, and possibly not even tomorrow.

To anyone who happens to live down here, stay safe, and I'll get my new article out ASAP.

Thanks.

What we want to see in Pokemon 3DS 3DS

The next Pokemon game is set to be announced soon. But while most people will be wondering what colours Nintendo will use next, we've been having a much harder think about the next instalment.

There's no doubt it will be coming to the Nintendo 3DS (at least one version anyway), and we can't really see Nintendo breaking away from the tried, tested, and loved formula.

Then again, change can be an exciting prospect - and the 3DS's capabilities mean that the next Pokemon world could be like no other we've galavanted around before.
