Hey folks! Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and all that other good stuff. I hope Delibird brought you lots of presents.
Tis the season to be Jolly. Or Adamant. Or Bold. Okay, enough bad jokes.
It’s that time of year again, where gift giving runs rampant, and thousands of Pokémon toys are hiding beneath Christmas trees across the globe. Whether we’re naughty or nice, I’m sure most of us have received a few of these presents ourselves. Be it video games, trading cards, or pajamas, they’re all awesome gifts.
I’d always get the videogames in October (for my birthday), so the only Pokémon gifts I would get on Christmas were maybe a few booster packs; hence, I don’t have any good Christmas stories. I did, however, ask the members of PKMNCast to spare a few memories, and they have graciously allowed me to share them.
I got Blue on Christmas, my sister got Red. We both got Game Boy Pockets to go with it and a link cable. That was pretty exciting.
My first game, Yellow, I got on Christmas.
A couple years ago on Christmas, I was just messing around in HeartGold and I found a shiny Chatot completely at random.
I got Pokemon Silver version on my birthday, which is December 6th. So, to save my family some money, what they decided to do was buy me Pokemon Gold Version for Christmas, then give it to my sister. I was a naive little kid back then, and didn’t mind at all, since that meant I’d have someone to play my game with.
It’s blatantly obvious: whether you received your first Pokemon game, caught an unexpected shiny, or were financially duped by your parents, Christmas is filled with Pokémon cheer!

I brother in law (who teases me about pokemon all the time) and my sister got me a little plastic pikachu and a pokemon catcher lol, and I got my nieace (their daughter) a plush mew as well as another awesome toy

I didn’t get any Pokemon related gifts this Christmas, but I did order myself a Pokemon Sapphire and Ruby strategy guide from eBay, and on Christmas yesterday afternoon I finally beat the very last guy in Heart Gold.

Not this year, but last year, I got a bunch of Pokemon stuff.
My merch from PKMNstore came in (Plasma Shirt), I got a Pokemon airplane, three of the BW Manga, a Pokemon plush (Vanillite) and. Was it stickers?
